Just shows how off the rails and how much of an echo chamber and in their own little world many are in these days.

One is a financial executive and the other was a recent NYC housing commisioner

Financial executive and mayoral candidate when asked about median home price:

"“somewhere in the $80,000 to $90,000 range.”"

Shawn Donovan former Secratery for HUD and former NYC housing commisioner

" you can buy a house for $100,000."

I have no clue in NYC you could buy a 100k house unless in was in the crappiest part of the crappiest neighborhood and was the size of a shoe box needing a total teardown.
