Biden and Obama are so in favor of the Islamic terrorist state (Iran) over the Jewish State (Israel) that Biden is ready to torpedo the Abraham Accords in pursuit of helping Iran with a “deal”:

Doubtful .... WWIII has already begun, it’s just fought differently in 2021 than it was in the 1900’s.
Egypt is unlikely to be allied with Turkey or Iran .... or even Lebanon for that matter, since Lebanon is under the control of Iran.

I agree, it is the most dangerous part of this entire thing right now. I spent some time last week attempting to find out exactly what Israel’s laws are on expulsion.

Learned several interesting things.
1). Israel has no Constitution.
2). Israel allows Non-Citizens to VOTE in their Elections & even to hold office
3). PEW did a long study in 2016 that showed about 50% of the Jewish Citizens would prefer to not have the Arab residents in Israel. The same study showed that the vast majority of the Resident Arabs don’t want a “2 State solution” and want to live in Israel. They comprise 20% of the total population in .Israel.

In view of all that .... it is really dumb to allow Non-Citizens to VOTE and really dumb for those Non-Citizens to
Start attacking their neighbors and fomenting Civil War. Both the Israeli Citizens and the Residents need to get firm control over the Radicals on each side ... and they are on both sides.

I bet if we followed the money, we would find some friends of Joe, another democrat, or even a Rhino republican benefiting from this somehow. Stir the anti-Israel pot a bit and boom, war.

As far I know non-citizens can vote in Israeli local elections but the national/parliament/Knesset elections.

Israel has some "basic laws" from which they hope eventually to form a constitution. But this should have no bearing on the current situation/conflict.

Most Israeli Arabs (ethnic Palestinians) meaning those who are citizens (as their families were under Israeli rule since 1948) realize that they have a higher standard of living in Israel than they would in other Arab countries and therefore don't want to be part a possible future Palestinian Arab state.

Default This is not just another Israel/Palestinian battle

As I posted in the thread title - this is not just another same/old, some/old.

Two interesting articles in the Washington Examiner today.

1). Iran and Hamas are both admitting that Iran is arming Hamas and will continue to do so.

Hamas: Israel ‘will have to submit’

“Sooner or later, the Zionist regime will have to submit to the conditions set by [Palestinian] resistance groups,” Hamas spokesman Abdul Latif al Qunu said Monday, according to Iranian state media.

The author inserted the word [Palestinian] - but I think the Hamas spokesman said exactly what he meant to say - "Resistance Groups", which include Hezbollah in Lebanon and the other Islamic groups in Jordan, Syria and Gaza.

“The resistance will not allow Israeli occupation forces to attack civilian targets in al-Quds,” Hamas spokesman Khaled al Qaddumi, who is based in Iran, told Al-Monitor. “For the first time, we have an uprising in Jerusalem, among Palestinians who are living in 1948 areas, in the West Bank, and rockets are being launched from Gaza.”

Notice the "based in Iran" and their real goal here was to incite Riots among the Arabs living in Israel - who are about 20% of the population. As I said in another thread - very few of them are actually Citizens of Israel (although all have the option to become Citizens) - they are Permanent Residents.
Israel allows the Residents to VOTE, which is a serious mistake as we can see now.

The decision to bombard Israel in response to the clashes over the incidents in Jerusalem, which stemmed from the attempted eviction of several Palestinian families in east Jerusalem, represents “a strategic shift” for Hamas.

“The process of confronting the Israeli atrocities has been ramped up,” al Qaddumi said, boasting that Hamas’s rocket arsenal can now deliver 551-pound explosives deep into Israel.
The Hamas spokesman confirmed that Iran “has helped a lot in transferring knowledge and expertise on one side, and transporting the rockets on another, helping Hamas depend on its local capabilities to produce such advanced technology.”

This is a clear and even admitted Proxy War - Hamas now wants a "cease fire", they need this "cease fire" to re-arm. Iran is embolden by the Biden Administration and now on the move - in both Yemen and Israel.

And the current American regime in Washington is enabling and opening the floodgates of funding to Iran.

Second interesting article comes from Turkey, also published by the Washington Examiner

Erdogan pushes for Turkey to oversee Jerusalem and provide air support to Palestinians

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his domestic political allies have floated sending military forces to Jerusalem, including fighter jets, to give Palestinians air cover as the Israel-Hamas crisis gives him an opportunity to boost his regional influence and standing at home.
....
The Turkish leader observed that Israel has air power while the militants in Gaza do not, without committing to a specific military proposal — a notable absence that lends itself to the assessment that Erdogan is trying to boost his sagging political approval ratings at home, rather than orchestrate a major shift in the regional balance of power.

This will never happen of course - Erdogan managed to jail all the moderates and take over Turkey - he is an Islamist, who has delusions of reviving the Ottoman Empire (which was centered in Turkey of course) with himself the Ruler over all Muslims. They very idea of Turkey sending Fighter planes against Israel - is not going to be acceptable to anyone.

All that Erdogan and Iran are going to accomplish is to bring the Arab Nations closer together and align them even more with Israel. Everyone should not that while the Arab Nations & Egypt make standard mild anti-Israel statements to support the "Palestinians" they are NOT doing what they did in the past.

What have they all done in the past? Demanded a UN Security Council meetings and more importantly pledged LOTS of Money to the Palestinians. It wasn't just President Trump that Cut OFF the funds to the the Palestinians ..... the other Muslim Nations did the same thing.

4 more rockets were fired today from Southern Lebanon into Northern Israel today. Luckily none of them caused any damage or injuries.
