This is kind of a strange accusation for Israel to make, considering that Jews are very popular in China, and are seen as very cunning, clever, and worth emulating.

The general Chinese mindset is that the "Jews control America", and the Chinese wish to learn from the Jews so they too can enact a strong influence over America. This isn't considered a negative thing in China, in fact the Jews are praised in China for their intelligence and cunning.
