What Jews are experiencing right now is nothing new. We are 2 percent of the world's population, and yet we find ourselves , yet again, on the other side of the obsessive, vicious smear campaign of lies.
Every time antisemitism re-enters a society it masked under the guise of social justice. It is often sold as speaking truth to power in order to gain a certain audience.
Antisemitism is a mutating virus: the Jewish people transform into whatever a given political or social movement hates the most. This is why from the Middle Ages to the present, antisemites will always say they are not antisemitic, just anti-Hebrew, anti-Israel, anti-capitalist, anti-communist, anti-Zionist, anti-fascist and anti-globalist.
It’s frightening indeed. The level of antisemitism is at the highest point since the years preceding Hitler’s Nazi Germany.
It’s now so bad that Democrats are supporting Hamas terrorists, who seek to erase Israel from the map, over the Jews defending against them. I’m in my 60s, and never in my life have I seen antisemitism so tolerated, and even promoted, by liberal media figures and elected Democrats.
It’s so bad that Biden was ready to delay the agreed-upon money to Israel, while of course keeping the funding on to the Hamas-led Palestinians. He was facing a lot of pressure from antisemitic Democrats such as Omar and Tlaib to cut off Israel, but other Democrats thought such an antisemitic move was far too blatant, even for Biden, and it’s going through.

It’s really bad among some of the liberal Jews. They are making it so uncomfortable for Jews who refuse to defend Hamas that they (the Israel supporters) are actually leaving their synagogues and moving over to more religious ones. I was accosted at my father’s own funeral (at the lunch afterward) for not supporting the liberal narrative. It’s unbelievable how venomous leftist Jews are becoming to those of us who disagree.

....and remember, these are the liberals who are first to pounce on the most innocent thing as being racist, and taking swift action. Uncle Ben’s rice? off the shelves! Aunt Jemima syrup? Begone! But saying that the Jews who support Israel consider themselves a superior race - an antisemitic slap if I ever heard one - gets defended as being nothing against Jews per se, just against Israel.
So, is it your position that it is impossible to be anti-Israel or anti-Zionist without being anti-Semitic, also?
Nobody has EVER said that. But liberals keep arguing that being against Israel is in no way correlated with beimg antisemitic, when clearly it quite often does. Take Winterfall, who starts anti-Israel threads every day. She ALSO peppers her comments with distinctly antisemitic attitudes. Just a coincidence?
