Wow, just like OJ getting off with so much evidence it was unbelievable how they found OJ not guilty
This is not going to end well.. all whites better be on notice. If you sit in your truck and reach for something a black man can shoot you and murder you for reaching for something in your truck because of this racist garbage.. that includes all whites, democrat and republican and independent and not have a racist bone in your body.
An absolutely outrageous verdict. Imagine if it was your own father this guy shot full of holes.
Quote:
The violent incident stemmed from Dunham trying to find a ride and approaching Stevens to take his truck, according to testimony.
---
Dunham repeatedly denied knowing anything about the shooting and said he wasn't in the city at the time, but eventually he confirmed that he shot Stevens.
"I wasn't trying to hurt him," Dunham said in the interview, and started crying. He said he saw Stevens "reach for something," so he fired multiple shots before running away. "I didn't even aim at him."
No guns or weapons were found in Stevens truck at the crime scene, an officer testified Wednesday.
I’m sure the unassuming white chap simply couldn’t help uttering the dreaded N word Tourette’s style at the mere sight of the poor defendant, thus deserving a lung full of lead.
The question remains, since WHEN do juries give reason(s) for their verdict?
The verdict is ascribed to what was said.
OJ's defense was the blood dna was contaminated and the gloves do not fit.. total lies.. every one should know that when leather gets wet it shrinks. I am a biker and got caught in rain. My leather gloves shrunk upon getting dry.. I had to stretch them out to get my hands in them.. We all know what the defense is saying and so did the writer of this article.
The question remains, since WHEN do juries give reason(s) for their verdict?
Since when? Since always. Jurors often discuss their reasons after the verdict. Have you never seen them interviewed on TV?
