As has been pointed out to you, Lizzie and Phil were both 2nd cousins once removed and 3rd cousins, both with connections to Vicki and Albert, who were 1st cousins. They're inbred by any sane definition of the word.

I'm sure everyone remembers that the British objected to the meeting with Trump, feeling that it would degrade the Queen just to meet with him.
There might have been some protests, however that doesn't mean Britain as a whole objected to Trump meeting the Queen.
There are plenty of stupid Antifa and BLM protests in the US but they don't usually reflect the view of the entire country, and the idea that meeting Trump would degrade the Queen is laughable. The Queen has met with a lot of world leaders over the years, and many have been far more questionable that Trump, however the Queen just gets on with her role as Head of State, and is impartial in terms of politics.
Biden will land at RAF Mildenhall later today, and start his first official overseas visit as President.

I'm sure there will not be massive protests in London like when the "Other Orange Guy" went to London. The crowd at the London protest a few years ago was larger than the crowd at Trump's Inaugural. These people were there to boo and heckle Trump
