The federal government has no Authorization to be involved in 10th Amendment issues, without an amendment to the document, that grants them permission to do so.
Oh the Progressives don't like this one bit. All those temp voting rules put in place during the pandemic and now being removed is nothing less than "voter suppression" against minorities no less.

Joe Manchin is a Blue Dog Democrat up for re-election in 2022 in the second reddest state in the nation, West Virginia. If he votes for that bill he is voting to lose in 2022. The voters would kick him to the curb.
