Interesting read on how the media lies to damage Trump had lots of collateral damage.
One of the many examples used is how the media lied about HCQ simply to paint Trump as an idiot. The media would show studies of people so bad they were already on ventilators with HCQ not working and they would ignore multiple studies from around the world showing HCQ working early on. Just last week a study out of New Jersey showed that HCQ increased the odds of surviving Covid by 200%.
The media isn't that stupid to continually confuse the studies of taking it early on versus already on the ventilator. They politicized science to score hits against Trump.
The collateral damage? Countless more dead. My Governor, Gretchen Whitmer, threatened to take the medical license away from any doctor that prescribed HCQ. Other states with more rational governors still had people refusing to take HCQ based on the media simply not reporting the facts.
The media lied and people died.
The article gives many examples of media lies meant to attack Trump, but causing collateral damage. I am surprised several big media lies were left out including the denial of statistics on police shootings that has led to riots.

No, no... no. Painting Trump as an idiot was a side benefit, and necessary once he spilled the beans about HCQ. The reason to demonize HCQ had nothing to do with Trump specifically. It was due to the fact that HCQ is off patent, was already in wide use in much of the world (meaning existing inventories were well stocked globally), has few side effects and is dirt cheap and quick to produce.
Nobody stood to profit from HCQ. Similar story for Ivermectin.
There also would have been a tremendous amount of lost value in the additional fear which was instilled into the public, but didn't need to be. If doctors were allowed to treat patients with what they were seeing work, in real life and not in some study funded by the very organization which is likely responsible for the virus in the first place, this would have been over before it began, and none of the lockdowns, masks mandates or other social conditioning tactics would have been tolerated by a public which clearly understood that they weren't necessary.

This post is completely delusional and shows that you still put more stock in trump’s lies and ego needs than in facts or rationality. The vaccines are the end of the pandemic, not hcq, which provided dubious benefit even in the event it worked and only when you were already in the hospital.
If the media told the truth....about both candidates....Trump would have won. CNN admitted it when they said their objective was to get Trump out, the truth be damned.

We have trials in France, Brazil, China, UK, US and a few other countries; they found no evidence it works. Trump's own administration official said there is no evidence Hydroxy works.
You're saying all these countries colluded to make Trump look stupid? Even Brazil? Their president was under fire for high rate of Covid infection, you think Bolsonaro wouldn't have wanted to have a cure for Covid to save his presidency? He is being investigated right now for his handling of Covid - so basically the right-wing is saying Bolsanaro sacrificed himself to make Trump look bad. LOL!!!!!
