Yeah, we do know.
The OP apparently believes that the white guy shouldn’t have to be punished for intentionally driving into a group of people.
There is a group of people on CD who are lost in the sauce.
They claim the race card is played all the time, yet when you look at the race poker table they are always there slapping down their cards to play victim.
All they do is focus on race while claiming everyone else is obsessed with racism.

Notice the same ones came jumping into this thread like clockwork? So predictable. And the OP still can’t comprehend that the white guy did it intentionally. Why is this so confusing for the OP & the others who jumped in to post without having any idea what the actual topic is?
One man, the white man, was charged with 2nd degree murder, and his bail was set at $1 MILLION dollars.
One man, the black man, was charged with criminal vehicular operation, and his bail was set at $200K.
The man charged with murder intentionally hit a person, and had 5 DWI convictions and a long list of other driving violations. He was driving without a valid license.
The man charged with criminal vehicular operation had one DWI conviction.
Do you understand the distinction?

Do you deny that the so-called news, and media, and pop culture, are fixated on race in everything?
Are we supposed to just stick our heads in the sands, as statues of George Floyd are erected, "Juneteenth" holiday is passed, every segment on the nightly news is racial, and so on?

Were the judges Black though? You never answered.

What is "new" here? The black guy would have been executed on the spot by the police for what the white guy did. We would not be talking about charges.
As far as I know, Mike Freeman, the progressive DA who has shown how much he panders to the demands of the anarchists, is the one who admittedly "overcharged" Kraus.
He said, in his own words, "we overcharged" Kraus.
Yeah, no pandering to the anarchists who picketed outside his home last year, I'm sure.
