Just more evidence in my view that the vaccines do not work.

They leave out some key details though:

No vaccine is 100% effective, so there will be some deaths...mainly among the elderly. Per your article..."a fully vaccinated 80+ year person has about the same risk of death as an unvaccinated 50 year old". The vaccine has 95% efficacy against delta variant after second dose...with the elderly still at higher risk compared to younger people.
"Consider the hypothetical world where absolutely everyone had received a less than perfect vaccine. Although the death rate would be low, everyone who died would have been fully vaccinated."

Simply parroting that "no vaccine is 100% effective" doesn't explain the numbers of people who are getting Covid after being vaccinated.
The math doesn't work out.
