Whatever the case, the prosecution obviously got it wrong. I’ve been hearing over the last few years that his case was gonna get overturned so something must’ve stunk. Courts don’t just overturn cases THIS serious everyday.
Yes, many legal experts thought it would be overturned because they illegally used prior bad acts witnesses.
This is good news, a small victory for sanity. These endless female rape/sexual assault/sexual harassment allegations with no evidence (often times years or decades after the crime allegedly happened) are a cancer that is wrecking what little remains of our society.
In no sane society would these womens' allegations have seen the light of day. All that results from giving such unscrupulous women the spotlight of attention, is further moral decay and confusion.

You got the letters mixed up. I said BET not LSD. BET gone? Gone where? They just had the 2021 BET awards and every nominee and winners were black (talk about wanting equality )
Prosecutorial misconduct was obvious and many ignored it in the pursuit of attempting to prove a pattern existed.
Yet, the prosecutor proceeded anyway.
It would be interesting to note the actual charges that each woman alleged that Bill Cosby committed.
First to admit that sexual assault should be prosecuted vigorously.
Somewhat hard to fathom that within the entertainment industry, particularly, that none of the women did not willingly use drugs or alcohol in the presence of Bill Cosby or immediately prior to seeing Bill Cosby.
In essence, it becomes a "He said, She said" case.
Well then you folks are just poor judges of character then. By 2004, it was pretty clear that Cosby was pretty damn loony. Your minds should’ve been changed well before these accusations came out about him. But him saying that shooting a kid over a pound cake sounded so good that you were all willing to overlook his obvious buffoonery.
I believe that Cosby was referring to people who kill other people over a trivial item such as a hot dog, pound cake, cell phone, etc. etc.
Cosby was highlighting this type of behavior within the inner cities and that it needs to cease.
Frankly, I agreed with his assessment.
However, if Cosby was speaking to this matter while at the same time engaging in the alleged activities using drugs to incapacitate women, then of course he is hypocritical.

Good. I have long on this forum called into question the illegal prosecutorial effort against Bill Cosby. It was undisputed that the former prosecutor said that he would never try Cosby in an effort to make Cosby eligible to testify in a civil suit that would be filed against him. It was on the basis of these promises that Cosby decided to state incriminating information against him.
I don't have to like Bill Cosby to be against government abuse in this instance. People had their heads so far up their butts on this one that they couldn't realize what was evident right before their eyes. Note, for the record, on the issue of whether Cosby's conviction should be overturned, the PA Supreme Court was unanimous; 6 justices voted to overturn due to the promise by the old DA and the 7th justice said he would have overturned based on allowing the additional witnesses at the trial level. On that point, it wasn't even close.
