FYI. The judges appointed by a president do not necessarily reflect their views on the Constitution. Many times presidents get to appoint one judge that Republicans suggest, and one that Democrats suggest. It's the bartering and horse trading that goes on inside the Senate. When a story says "Regan appointed judge rules" it does not mean the judge was a Constitutional constructionist, they might be a RBG type of leftist activist, who consistently rule opposite of what Reagan would have preferred.

Selectively charged is not a great defense at the best of times - just sayin'. But I guess you can't blam a drowning man for clinging to any straw that presents itself.

Did you forget how many new judges McConnell pushed through the Senate during the Trump years? They were all known conservatives. It was McConnell's whole reason for being.

It begs the question - is Trump really THAT bad at judging character and making choices?

All these people, appointed by Trump turning against Trump and what he stands for.

He says he hires "the best" but all of his selections are bad. Like REALLY bad. How can you trust someone who obviously can't make appropriate "deals"?

I just don't get the unwavering support of Trump when every choice he makes comes out against him. Maybe he's not as astute as he claims?
