Liberals tend to make excuses for poor behavior. Their excuses absolve that person of their transgression. Personal responsibility doesn't fit into their equation. Instead the blame lies with some nebulous character such as society, racism or the Man.

Police shootings. Look at many of the articles and family members of the gun or knife wielding suspect will sometimes call them “mentally ill.”

But in general, liberals blame “racism and oppression” on evil behavior and not mental illness.

Never heard liberals where pushing for this in any significant way. Unless your talking about the laissez faire attitude concerning homeless people.

Btw, victim is actually a word that has basis in fact. Millions have been victims at any one time all throughout history, so spare me.

If you are a victim for whatever reason and various levels of intensity it can and mostly does cause mental illness and at the very least chronic anxiety. I’ve meet people who enjoy causing this type of pain and chalking it off as playing around with sensitives who need to get over it. Well unless they’re the ones on the receiving end.(though never continuously).

You're WRONG, it's not a mental illness. Are Oklahoma City people mentally ill who keep voting yes to keep the sales tax high to periodically vote on building new civic projects to make city government bigger? No, they are not.

If we had better and more accessible mental healthcare in this country, we could maybe prevent people's mental illness from progressing to the point that it gets to the stage where they are a danger to themselves or to others. Republicans are against that though, instead blaming the problem on demonic influence and the lack of a saving faith in Jesus Christ.
There could be a difference between being evil minded and being mentally ill.

Because it excuses them (the liberals themselves) from all the dangerous and disgusting things liberals habitually do.
Most of them are senseless radicals and authoritarians, not real liberals.

Just plot it out. It's identity politics at play right in front of you.
But a number of social justice reformers are Republicans who want to reduce prison incarceration rates as they have recently started to accomplish in Oklahoma.

Your viewpoint is so all out WRONG! Instead, not taking personal responsibility is caused by bad parenting, if any good parenting going on at all.

Once again, not taking on personal responsibility is caused by bad parenting. School teachers may have not done their part, either. Many people should never have had kids at all.
