Sounds like a terrible idea. Better to send a mobile unit into neighborhoods with appropriate staff to administer the vaccine right there. At least you might get a few takers on the spot.
The vaccines have been available for about six months. Anyone who is not a complete shut-in and has not watched the news in six months has heard about it, and if they are concerned about COVID and want the vaccine, I am fairly sure that at least 90% of them would have gotten it by now. For those few that have transportation issues, I am quite sure that their doctor or caregiver or the person they rely to help in emergencies could have contacted some agency to either bring the vaccine to them or take them to where they can get it.

Really, think of it this way. If...IF...there are truly people who don't know about the shots, how do you think they'd react to someone coming to the door offering to stick you with a needle?
We sure as heck don't need the government going door to door trying to persuade people to get vaccines. We need less government in our lives. We are grown ups and don't need y'all in our homes. They are trying to control us. Go away!!!!!

Yes, I would like to know that as well. Who will these officials be. Joe Blow off the street for 10-15$/hr. Most of our country is having a difficult time finding workers for an array of jobs already.
LOL. Really folks dont have a way to go anywhere or they dont have time? You can get a vaccine at the WalMart, drug store, doctor offices, health department, community complex. Some places you dont even have to get out of your car. There are 39 places within a twenty-five mile radius of my zip.
These officials will come door to door to bully you into getting out and getting a vaccine, they are not giving vaccines.
well if the goal is only 70% vaccinated like they said....
..and they said they are almost at the 70% now
set up a few tables at the southern border...and start vaccinating those illegals they are turning lose .....and moving all over the country.... with no vaccination
