Do they have some state database by Social Security numbers on who has, and HASN'T, gotten vaccinate?. Of course states know local communities with low vaccination rates, but how do they know specific individuals?
I am on Medicare. Are they sending information to the government on which beneficiary is not vaccinated based on claims submitted?
My understanding from a fairly non informative article on Colorado is that the state health department is giving names and phone numbers (if a phone number was given by the medical facility where they received any immunization) to a call center, previously an inbound center giving out covid information which will now do outbound informational calls. Texts and emails will go out via the department of health to those who have had one shot but not the second. So apparently they are going through the immunization database. The article noted this did not violate the "no call list" law but said nothing about privacy and HIPPA.
How far can the State or Federal Gov't go in response to a covid-19 response? Google and read the Model Emergency State Health Powers Act a result of 9/11. Then review what happened with covid-19 and with less than 50% taking the covid "vaccine" and now the terrible D variant and Fall coming...oh yeah doesn't take a rocket scientist to see whats coming. A sick or frightened population is easy to control and reduces resistance.

I am not afraid but I’ve done some research. At my age and health I have pretty much 100% chance of fully recovering if I even get the virus. If you’re scared of my not getting vaccinated… get vaccinated, wear your mask, do your social distancing. Hole up and quarantine yourself from harm.
I am not an anti-vaxer. I am all for those who are high risk to get the vaccine. If a business requires I wear a mask and I need to use their services… I’ll mask up, do what I need to do and leave.
Interesting. The left wing sheep love claiming, without solid evidence, that even vaccinated and asymptomatic people can spread disease and death. Why then is the Biden administration trying to increase cases by sending people door to door? Are liberals trying to kill even more people than they already have?
I will tell them that when they stop letting thousands of people across the border daily and illegally into the country without knowing whether or not they may be bringing in all of these super scary "variants", then and only then, can they can give me their sales pitch.
