Nativists have long warned that the border states are undergoing an invasion. They’re not lying.
But, it turns out, the invaders aren’t Mexican immigrants eager to do the dirty and dangerous jobs that Americans won’t go near at any price. Like the rest of the country, which is grappling with severe worker shortages as we come out of the COVID-19 lockdown, the biggest problem Americans have with immigrants at the moment is that we can’t get enough.

I don't even know where to begin with the lies of the writer of this article there are so many of them.
Lie #1. Nativists? Since when does wanting to repel an illegal invasion and securing our border equate to being a nativist?
Lie #2. These aren't Mexican "immigrants" invading our border but illegal aliens and they aren't just Mexicans but Central Americans also. Just what are these dirty and dangerous jobs that Americans won't do for a fair wage and why should they have to compete with illegal aliens by working for less?
Lie #3. There is no true labor shortage but if there was we'd be providing visas for foreigners to come here to work legally! The fact that we don't is a tell all.
Lie #4. We have no problem with "legal" immigrants it's illegal aliens we object to.
Lie #5. There is no invasion by our own state governors nor are they slimy for wanting to help protect our borders. They aren't anti-"immigrant" either they are anti-illegal immigration! Since Biden refuses to tackle this problem but instead is encouraging it the states have every right to protect their own borders.
Lie #6. These governors are just throwing red meat at their white supporters? Huh? Illegal immigration is a problem for all of us not just white Americans and we should all oppose it based on our laws. We all should fear the illegal invasion of our country. When all else fails pull the race card right? He next goes on to use the skin color of "brown".
Lie #7. He then goes on about employers needing these illegal aliens by calling them the PC word of "undocumented". It's total BS!
Lie #8. Quote - "Securing the border is now, has always been, and will always be the responsibility of the federal government. It doesn’t take a village of idiots".
Since the feds aren't securing our border then the states have every right to protect themselves from this illegal invasion. The only village idiot here is the writer of this article and an ethnocentric racist to boot!
