There'll be no repeal of Obamacare, the Republicans have failed to do that three times now.
There'll be no money to extend the Wall, as there are both Republicans and Democrats who are against it.

Now if the Republicans in the House could find a dynamo like Nancy Pelosi to be House Speaker, then there might be more snap, crackle and pop.
Having just read Pelosi by Molly Ball I was quite surprised to learn that Nancy Pelosi was against impeachment, as unwise, an exercise in futility, but her colleagues wouldn't let it rest and that left Nancy with no choice in the matter.
If the Republicans win they'll need to do some effective wheeling and dealing with Biden. Trump actually supported Pelosi when it look like she might lose her Speaker role as both of them were wheelers and dealers and they, together, could get something accomplished, even if it meant angering Trump's followers and angering Pelosi's followers.
