Psychotic ex girlfriends with voodoo dolls and a box of pins are not as obsessed as some posters are with the ex president.
The lady is an ex-wife. She was married to Weisselberg's son for many years, and her husband was the recipient of some nepotism, as he also worked for Trump Inc.
Trump Inc. apparently handed out lots of free perks that never showed up on the couple's tax returns, such as the luxury apartment they lived in that was on loan from Trump Inc., along with all the utilities and associated costs.
The ex-wife has all her tax records from those years, and they showed the prosecutors where and how Weisselburg avoided paying taxes. His son followed his lead as did others, as Weisselburg actually crafted a very good tax-avoidance plan.
The latest has Ivanka and Donald Junior becoming snagged. Apparently they also followed Weisselburg's plan. Or, more likely, just allowed him to do all their tax work and may have only signed the forms.
I doubt Ivanka has to worry; Jarred comes from a very wealthy family that's independent from Trump money. She can pay the fines without getting bit too hard.
But Don. Jr. is totally dependent on Trump money, so if Trump Inc. gets hit hard, so does he.
Trump has always been very wary of messing with the tax man, so it's more doubtful to me that he'll get snagged. But it's possible, as Weisselburg was pretty much in charge of Trump Inc.'s finances, going all the way back to Old Man Trump.

...they're gonna get UM with the Testimony of 'the Son's EX-WIFE' of the man being charged with Tax-Evasion... !
The Manhattan D.A., Alvin Bragg, who has been conducting a criminal investigation into the business practices of the Trump Organization and has already indicted Trump Org and Alan Weisselberg, is getting ready to take his case to trial.
"A date for the trial has not yet been set. Judge Juan Merchan, who is overseeing the case in a New York court, scheduled a hearing date for July 12 where he is expected to finalize a trial date."
