The CDC’s vaccine census as of 7/4/21 says that 59% of Whites in America are vaccinated, with a paltry 9% Black vaccination rate and and even worse 6% Asian vaccination rate.
It’s past time to stop with the red state/blue state idiocy, and focus on the actual data, folks. Blacks and Asians aren’t getting vaccinated regardless of where they live.
This isn’t a science believer/non-science believer issue. It’s not a Republican vs Democrat issue. It is a cultural issue among Blacks and Asians. They aren’t getting vaccinated because they do not want to get vaccinated. Period.

That’s been my experience thus far. Nobody wants to pressure Blacks to do a damn thing right now, and it’s killing them. They are the people dying left and right yet only 9% of them have bothered to get vaxxed. It’s just appalling.
Asians don’t trust Western medicine, and it’s a point of fact that is killing them too, though in lower numbers, because they don’t suffer the comorbidities that Blacks do.
Blacks suffer the poorest health of all three races. They NEED this vaccine the most. But just try getting that point across to them.
That is misinformation. It's not 9% of Blacks have gotten vaccinated. It's 9% of the 57% of all people who have gotten their first shot (as of July 4). Since Blacks make up about 13% of the US population, one would expect Blacks to make up 13% of the 57% of all people vaccinated. So they're 4% short of expectation. Makes quite a difference from what you claimed.

The CDC reports demographic characteristics, including race/ethnicity, of people receiving COVID-19 vaccinations at the national level. As of July 4, 2021, CDC reported that race/ethnicity was known for 58% of people who had received at least one dose of the vaccine. Among this group, nearly two thirds were White (59%), 9% were Black, 16% were Hispanic, 6% were Asian, 1% were American Indian or Alaska Native, and <1% were Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, while 8% reported multiple or other race. However, CDC data also show that recent vaccinations are reaching larger shares of Hispanic, Asian, and Black populations. Thirty-four percent of vaccines administered in the past 14 days have gone to Hispanic people, 6% to Asian people, and 12% to Black people (Figure 1). These recent trends suggest a narrowing of racial gaps in vaccinations at the national level, particularly for Hispanic people, who have recently received a larger share of vaccinations compared to their share of the total population (34% vs. 17%). While these data provide helpful insights at a national level, to date, CDC is not publicly reporting state-level data on the racial/ethnic composition of people vaccinated.

Thanks for pointing that out...I'm all for people going door to door in underrepresented neighborhoods and getting those vaccination numbers higher as well which is happening now...

Who here believes that the Texas Dems that took the flight to WA DC were 100% fully vaccinated? Now at least three have tested positive. Is the media sure that these three, or even all those on the plane, were already fully vaccinated?
