Birth control fails. Not all women are near one of these clinics. Aside from which who knows the quality of care received in these clinics vs a private doctor.
Just as no woman should be forced to deliver a child she doesnt want to, no woman should be required to use birth control as a condition for obtaining an abortion.

If he was sent to prison, why aren't women sent to prison for doing the exact same thing, intentionally killing their unborn child?
Simple. Abortion is self- defense. The right to privacy is the right to determine one's own bodily autonomy. It is not primarily about killing the fetus even though that is the unfortunate side effect.
