If he was sent to prison, why aren't women sent to prison for doing the exact same thing, intentionally killing their unborn child?
Because the woman is protecting her own body, her own life when she has an abortion. That is different from being attacked by another person.

Yep. 680,000 lives per year would be saved.

Women who want to have sex, can be a bit choosier about their partners and use protection.
Problem solved!
Exactly! Choose better partners, and as I've posted many times, there are over 4,000 taxpayer-funded Title X Family Planning Clinics located throughout the US that provide FREE birth control to anyone who needs it. Preventing an unwanted pregnancy isn't that hard to do.

Ah, I'm glad you are back on this. So, are you for or against birth control?

P.S. And remember, you lose whichever answer you select. You have to thank yourself for that.

Or Walgreens? Or Target? Btw, DG offers benefits. I know staff at their corp hq, and store staff also get some PTO. Big Boxes offer better benefits, though.

Who cares how many Walmarts are in Texas?

We are talking about women's rights. You can open a thread about Walmart if you like.

The poster I replied to said they got no time off, which is untrue for 98% of our citizens.

Rape victims? Incest victims? Throw them all under the same bus?

First of all, there is no "baby" involved in the vast number of abortions, and if there is, it is because the mother's life is in danger. A clump of cells is not a baby, and you can't tell the difference between a human embryo or an elephant one until well into the first trimester.

Which is the elephant, the human or the mouse?

About race? First, you'd have to prove that someone being Black in and of itself causes harm to someone else in order to make that an actionable tort.
No, where is the link that Roe was decided to help wealthy men.

Birth control fails. Not all women are near one of these clinics. Aside from which who knows the quality of care received in these clinics vs a private doctor.

Just as no woman should be forced to deliver a child she doesnt want to, no woman should be required to use birth control as a condition for obtaining an abortion.

That is a condition made up solely by you. It has never been the law and never will.

Simple. Abortion is self- defense. The right to privacy is the right to determine one's own bodily autonomy. It is not primarily about killing the fetus even though that is the unfortunate side effect.

Ah, the famous rape and incest victim argument, very predictable.
I'm done arguing this.
You either care about life, or you don't. Abortion stops a heartbeat. Murder in my book.
