Nobody is having their constitutional rights violated in this situation. They have been charged, arrested, and awaiting trial. This is how our system works for everyone. You’re the one expecting special treatment for your political allies.
There is documentation of prisoners being placed in solitary confinement and beaten.

More than 150 officers were injured in the attack on the capitol, many of them seriously. I guess that's what happens when you "invite" a mass of cretins in. It's unreal the lengths some people will go to to pretend what happened on January 6th was no big deal.
Meanwhile, many of those cops are still unable to return to work. But hey, who cares about the cops, right? Certainly not the "law and order" crowd, that's for sure. They are more than happy to throw THOSE cops under the bus in service to their master.
