True Fascism is autocratic, dictatorial and usually far right wing in leanings. The socioeconomic effects are normally byproducts more than parameters of Fascism.
Unfortunately the USA has thousands of little dictators exerting control almost to the point of micromanagement. This is the usual result of politicians being indebted to the ultra rich who fund their campaigns in exchange for considerations to come later. This is the reason career politicians like Pelosi, Schumer and Biden get entrenched and are impossible to get rid of. It is also the reason career politicians who never held real jobs go into office worth a few hundred thousand and leave worth a few hundred million.
We are a representative republic based on a blend of Christianity, democracy and individualism. We have been slowly corrupted to the point we may never see the ideals of the Founding Fathers again. We are not Fascist, Socialist or Communist. Every government will have some programs based on collective/collaborative ownership. I mean programs like our highway department, military, police force, etc.
However I do agree corporate America has it's fingers deeply entrenched in the day to day operations of Washington's lawmakers and also most state governments. This is inevitable in a nation where the people making the laws are able to exempt themselves from them. I also share your concern it is ruining our nation as we know it. But, I do not agree we are Fascist.
The term Fascism has become corrupted to the point anyone of left leaning political ideals uses that word to describe right wing leaning people. It is no more accurate than right wing folks calling all left wing people communist. Neither is accurate.

You know why we have an embargo on Cuba? Because the US doesn’t want a communist nation funtioning. That would get everyone to question out current system.
If communism is bad, the US doesn’t need to do an embargo. They just need to sitback and watch them destroy itself.
Every communist or socialist nation that fell the US interfered with.
