Simple. You do what liberal NYC is doing and ban them from entering businesses unless they are vaccinated. Similarly to banning black people from businesses in the south during Jim Crow.
Amazing how people can't see the obvious racism in a "how can we make them comply" thread.
The answer, obviously, is by making them suffer enough so they give in, while at the same time painting a Black Lives Matter mural on Fifth Avenue.
True because white people who are not Trump voters are at high vaccination rates. Trump voters are at the bottom of vaccination rates. Much lower than blacks.

Oh look, another way to break it down. The age group between 18-39 seems to be the lowest vaccinated amongst the other age groups. The highest vaccinated groups are between 50-74....
How will the government gain black people's trust to go and vaccinate themselves?
Especially when black people and vaccination have a dark history in the US. Most of the older folks, the parents and grandparents of this generation still remember the Tuskegee experiment which is "arguably the most infamous biomedical research study in U.S. history".
Just like the Tuskegee atrocity, this current one is not just an experiment.
I personally, do not believe any of the vaccination company's BS propaganda, nor the various outlets they control, the CDC, the WHO, the media's lies and false statistics. The fact checkers themselves have been shown to be vaccination company executives, and the CDC has been shown to lie constantly.
Good for black people for thinking for themselves and for standing up for their rights.
The only way to gain people's trust is to leave them alone, stop trying to force them to do things, and let them make their own choices.
The real question is, why would anyone in their right mind consent to having well known poisons injected into their bodies,
and for NO good reason at all. I certainly wouldn't, and I haven't worn a breathing restricting mask for the last two plus years either.
Maybe provide irrefutable proofs that every CEO, board member, vaccine developer and employee of Pfizer, Moderna, J&J has been injected their own vaccines. Also CDC, NIH, FDA. Pictures and twitter tweets are not proofs, nor is a spokesman's statement.

Totally agree. "make them comply". It's "us vs. them". Sounds as if the OP is discussing black people behind closed doors. I imagine that's just how the doctors were talking about trial subjects during the Tuskegee trial.

Throw in some issues like Tuskegee that doesn't sit well in many if not most demographics.
These are long standing issues. Sadly some don't have to research them because they've experienced them. This is why if you know anyone in the hospital for any length of time get someone there to visit and/or hang with them a while. Patients with no visitors get pushed down to the bottom of the list to say the least.

Yes, and I am reminded of that scene in "Erin Brockovich" in which one of the "bad guy" lawyers refused to drink a glass of water from a well they said was perfectly safe!
And it cannot be emphasized too often that such things can be VERY easily faked -- just like SO MANY photo ops showing our "dear leaders" removing masks as soon as the photo or video session was ended. SMH.
They are reporting on people with at least one shot. Maybe other people are looking at who has received two shots. One shot is not enough, you need both shots to be immunized
Even so, your link says whites are immunized at 70% and blacks at 40%, Hispanics at 30%
Obviously those blacks and Hispanics are Trumpsters
