According to the article, the teacher quit because she was made to carry out policies that “do not square with who I am as a believer in Christ.” She said she opposes the policy on trans because “it’s against my religion “.
Well, good riddance! If she wants a job where she can push her religious beliefs, then she should get a job at a parochial school. Her leaving is good for everyone, including her.

nowhere at all. leo was more than happy to make that crap up to justify his self-rightous blather.

Where did it say she was or wanted to "push her religious beliefs"?
Just because she refused to teach wokeism doesn't mean that she's "pushing her religious beliefs".
If your students know your religion or your political affiliation, then you have failed as a teacher.
A teacher's job is to teach.... READING, WRITING, ARITHMETICS....
Not to indoctrinate kids into a political affiliation
It’s analogous to a teacher refusing to teach evolution because it contradicts her religion. Maybe she’s not preaching Christianity, but she wants to pick and choose what she teaches, based on her religion.
You're equating wokeism with the theory of evolution?
ROFLMAO.
And y'all wonder why people don't take you seriously.
Wokeism IS a religion to the Left.
So you're ok with preaching religion to kids in school.....
Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., introduced the "Stop CRT Act" in an effort to prevent tax dollars from being used to teach the controversial set of ideas in public school classrooms. https://justthenews.com/government/c...al-race-theory
It's a start but don't get your hopes up too high. These groups know what to do and how to game the system. They will not call it CRT, it will start to be referenced as anything but CRT to try and get around this. But the basics will be the same. If that fails schools will just "cook the books" to move the money around to make it look like no Federal Funds are being used.

The answer is to elect school board members who are think right and who do not support this evil crap.
Bravo to her! Too bad more teachers don't have the integrity she has and instead stay in a job you can't get fired from even if you're a poor teacher. I have two teachers in the family so I am not anti-teacher, only anti-teacher's union.
Don't count on it. Those are the people that voted an idiot like Biden and a racist like Harris into office.
I hope you are wrong. Here is another video of another parent ripping strips off of these vile people, straight to their faces. We will have to wait and see, but there is another mob taking shape, and this one consists of parents protecting their children from a cabal of almost unspeakably evil people. They are highly motivated.
Apparently YouTube is blocking at these videos now, as this cannot be found there. YouTube (Owned by Google) is clearly not an agent of transparency or the truth. In fact, they are opponents of transparency and the truth.
This guy is enraged. You can hear it in his voice and in his words. There are many millions more who feel the same way. It is time to retaliate against these people, and it is good to see this gentleman taking the initiative to start the process towards doing that.
Any teachers who want to quit over this stuff should join one of the home schooling networks that have been popping up and offer their services directly to the students and families without using the government as a middle man.
