This statement lacks critical thinking. You, like many liberals, don't take the time to understand the series of events that led to today's situations and policies. I don't know if it's because you're young and genuinely naive or being dishonest. But nothing you stated checks out.
Wrong again, I am a STRONG conservative but most conservatives do not understand basic conservative principles. Your post is actually the left wing post here.
I said this after hurricane Katrina and I’ll say it again today. It is the town, city, parish, and state officials’ responsibility to prepare for the hurricane and the immediate response after the storm has past. After the storm has past then it’s the state officials to request specific aid. The president has to get FEMA moving and mobilize any military assets that could assist after the storm.

According to your posts, you're not conservative on principle. You may feel that way, but you tend to fit into the same camp as RINOs like Trump. You're more liberal than you take credit for. There's nothing wrong with that... as liberal views like yours help attract a stronger group of people to our conservative base.
I lived in Florida for 15 years and experienced a number of hurricanes. I remember having a lot of criticism for George W. Bush's reaction to Katrina, especially since his bother, Jeb, had overseen reaction to hurricanes as Governor of Florida. Say what you will about Jeb Bush, I thought he did well as Governor dutring the very active 2004 season We need to see how Biden and his administration does. I don't recall many presidents doing much ahead of a storm.
Agreed. Most of the problems from Katrina stemmed from the local leaders being ignorant or refusing to evacuate their people in the low lying areas.
And you can't do much until after the storm has passed. Best thing to do is tell people to stay in a secured location and ride it out and then when it is gone, this is when first responders can come in and assess the situation.

Doesn’t help when private boaters and owners of school buses were turned back by the state police under orders from Governor Blanco while she was demanding Bush to do something.

Then she and Nagen emptied the jails and sent the prisoners to Houston.
It’s not all on the presidents, during Katrina both the governor of La. and the mayor of New Orleans did squat to prepare and evacuate.
I agree with that also. That Gov was a joke like a silly bloke.
