Is this the new norm. Judging people based on skin color. If we have it now. What happens when blacks are the majority in a few years.
Is this fair?
Can the country compete world wide anymore. If forced to put less qualified and capable people in government and other jobs?
Do the discrimination laws not apply to whites/
I don’t even know why people call it reverse discrimination. It is just plain racial discrimination.
Because blacks say that discrimination only applies to them. But I agree with you.
And agree we all should be treated equal. But that no longer is the case.
Also if someone is smarter and works harder. They will have better results in live. But instead we say they had a special privilege that was given to them.

Blacks are not going to be the majority. They love abortions and shooting each other. Mexicans will be the majority, but I think some White states will secede and we can move there.
But yes, Whites are protected by discrimination laws and are starting to sue.

Blacks are going to be a majority in the next few years? In what universe?
Blacks are roughly 12% of the population in 2020. That number hasn't changed in 40 years, and 100 years ago they were at roughly 10%.

I've always interpreted it to be called reverse discrimination for a few reasons. First, usually, it's a specific race or group that claims that they or their race has been discriminated against and now it's acceptable behavior for them to discriminate against others.
Second, discrimination aimed towards a specific race or group by a previous specific race or group that was discriminated against, whereas it was wrong to discriminate against that previous specific race or group but for reasons unknown/not understood the discrimination is now acceptable behavior towards the opposite specific race or group.
All the mix raced ex-employees who turns out the mix part is not black. Its funny because there is no reason to bring it up, unless the mix was part of the race you posit is getting preferential treatment alas they are not, so its just very silly word play.
The best part is this "Every day it was something. I felt like I was being discriminated against," they said. "It's OK to address racial diversity two or three times – we need to be equal. But they brought it up every day."
LOL , 2 to 3 a career? a year? every quarter?
Anyone care to look up the % of black employees that Amex has, the % of black employees who are upper management since only blacks get promoted and hired it should be very telling.
The candidate pool thing is absurd, most companies do this its not a big deal, I sit on a interview once a week at least. We often do get severely unqualified POC applicants which you wondered why, but you interview them, perhaps tell them where the holes are in their experience, the same way we get resumes from white college graduates from top 20 schools who treat the interview like they are doing me a favor, and keep trying to tell me the work life balance they are looking for, those kids are out of their minds too. I often tell them not to bring that up in a interview, you can talk about that stuff with the HR people not in the department interview.
