The mailman is the one government employee that is around the most people. They go door to door and deliver mail and packages. Why were they exempt from the mandate?
Would it have anything to do with how they deliver ballots. Exempting the Post Office has to have some benefit to them. I'm just wondering what it is.
What are your thoughts?
Of course. Biden said they had built the biggest fraud organization ever last year. Think it was only one time and done? Naw. They know they can't win legitimately so of course fraud will be used from now since they got away with it.
It was a matter of which legal line item was used for the mandate. Since they are not federal workers the initial executive order did not apply. Now the service along with other civilian employers must figure out a way to test weekly those who still refuse vaccinations
I don;t think it's up to any employer to come up with a way. It's all on the employee.
Most old school politics in particular is about smoke filled backroom deals in general. Past or future favors with the postal union is in play. Could be something to do with their 'participation' in the 2020 election. Or even 2022. Need I dare say California recall.
Amazon, our fascist product distribution liaison sanctioned by the liberal loving government, can’t squash all competition without the free deliveries from the tax payers through usps.
I'm not confused about this, I'm ticked off about this. If it really was about everyone needing to be vaccinated, an absurd notion to begin with, he would have strongly encouraged other branches to be vaccinated.
The part I am confused about is people are equating the separation of power among the branches to mean one branches power does not effect the other. I believe the intention was so that one branch wouldn't the job of another. IE legislate from the bench etc. Not that powers acted by one branch were not applicable to the other two. Otherwise no one in either executive or legislative branch could ever be brought to trial and prosecuted as an example.
This isn't a puppet show where each branch tries to out do the other in pissing off the population without any of it being able to splash back on them.
I don't think any employer that must comply with OSHA regulations should be exempted, even the USPS. This is just one of many areas where the bogus mandate can be challenged in court.
