I would need to know the specifics.

I've been to balls that were 10K a table, and I was a guest of the person or company who bought the table, I didn't pay anything.

Actually she isn't. By law elected officials are not federal employees. Congress had to specifically legislate their coverage by the FEHB, federal retirement, and coverage by workers compensation, separately from employees. Not to mention salary. They are not covered by many many policies and regulations which govern employees in other ways such as ethics rules, training requirements, etc etc.

BTW she didn't need to buy a ticket, elected officials and some other VIPs have been invited gratis for a long time.

Lol, you don't know any real rich people do you?

Rich people have little if any personal income to pay income taxes on.

I probably paid more in "income taxes" last year than most multi-millionaires.

Are you serious? Even though I provided a Department of Energy link...they are still part of the government...

Our Leadership
As United States Secretary of Energy, Jennifer M. So, you are wrong.
