Right or wrong, this wasn't about hunger,..at all.
This is midtown Manhattan. You can trip and wind up with a Bagel in your mouth. Places too numerous to count to eat at. and cheaper too!
Hunger definitely factors in. These tourists were hungry and when they realized that they would be turned away at the door, flew into a rage and took it out on the waitress at the front entrance.
I've seen countless vids on youtube of the same type of thing happening at fast food restaurants, not over proof of vaccinations, but that their order took too long or wasn't correct, etc. etc. etc.

My neither. But there are lots of individuals who do. Check out the youtube vids I posted. You'll see for yourself. And these are just the ones posted on youtube and that I found in just a moment of looking. I'm sure there are a million more that we don't actually see or hear about.

I have numerous complaints about that. I don't understand why these fast food places don't adequately staff their business so orders can be fulfilled effectively and efficiently. A lot of times it's one person taking orders and bagging food. What's up with that?

The expectations are probably too high. You pay for what you get. Too often individuals want a nice quality meal and everything that goes along with it on a fast food budget. If I ever go to a fast food restaurant, I expect it's not going to be totally perfect in every aspect.
