Anytime a pretty Republican starts to make headway in the political arena the rumors and innuendos start, and Noem is no exception.
Charges of nepotism have been leveled.
And an affair has been suggested - an affair with Corey Lewandowski, no less. HA! Corey should get so lucky.
I was critical of her for opposing marijuana legalization despite it getting the majority vote but after the behavior of democrats this year I'm all for her running and voting for her. She'd make an alright presidential candidate, though she does have a narcissistic streak and clearly has personal aspirations involved with her politics... she's a bit swampy, but still better than the alternative. Then again, Trump has his swampy points also such as supporting the Federal Reserve's monetary tinkering as a major example. You have to take the good with the bad and look at all the options and have realistic expectations on who might win.
I guess to a Republican that makes her eminently qualified.
Yeah I hear way too many men who talking about voting her because they say "she's hot." Many of those men are probably ones critical of women who vote for men based in their looks/personality over the issues. As far as issues go she's leans towards the family values crowd and the anti-immigrant crowd, at least illegal immigration, so that checks out. She is anti-marijuana, which will rub some the wrong way, though she's been really quiet about it the last 6 month distancing herself from the issue.

Beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder. She’s not bad-looking but not sure her looks have anything to do with people disliking her. Anyway, carry on…
