It was a sad loss when she resigned as Governor.

The Democrats are terrified by conservative woman, and conservative people of color. It is that simple.

This. The left will try and destroy anyone and everyone that presents a threat to them, dirt bags that they are.

It's ironic that a conservative would think Noem is qualified because she's pretty, then denounce Ocasio-Cortez for being unqualified because she's pretty.

According to the link you posted, the SD AG is reviewing nepotism concerns from state lawmakers ( super majority Republican) and an alleged affair.

Likely there will be as many or more candidates competing for the Republican nomination in 2024 as there were in 2016 with 17 major candidates. Each will seek opportunities to destroy their competition. PACs fund opposition research.

Given you expressed concern for “pretty Republican women making headway in the political arena” , how did you react when Trump made an issue out of Heidi Cruz’ temporary emotional health many years prior and subsequent, made reference to Heidi Cruz’s appearance. Or how about implying Cruz’s father had some kind of role in the mipurder of JFK.

The worst was the incident of “ Look at that face. Would anyone vote for that face” in reference to Carley Fiorina who in 2016 was the sole major female competing for the Republican nomination.
This AG got away with involuntary manslaughter without jail time after driving drunk last year. Not exactly a specimen with any credibility.

He also refused to resign.

Someone not in his position of power recently went to prison for the same thing in this state, so as usual the rules don't apply to the ruling class.

In theory I should support the AG because him and the legislature went to bat for the marijuana issues we passed last election, defying Noem's attempts to gut the medical marijuana initiative we voted for, but I can't ignore his actions. Don't drive drunk and then play stupid about it.

Then again, Trump has his swampy points also such as supporting the Federal Reserve's monetary tinkering as a major example. You have to take the good with the bad and look at all the options and have realistic expectations on who might win.
I support the legalization of marijuana and decriminalization of drugs but it certainly is not a key issue by any means.

Obviously you get your news from Saturday Night Live.
You Dems provide an endless source of amusement. Palin never said she could see Russia; that was Tina Fey
