All China has to do is blockade Taiwan. In the past the United States had such extreme naval dominance that China was forced to back off. China has spent the last couple decades developing weapons specifically designed to destroy the US carrier fleet.

The range of these "aircraft killer" missiles is 3100 miles. Which is about the distance from China to Midway Island.

China would have to justify the blockade of Taiwan, and the United States would need to believe it is in our strategic interests to get involved.

How many military lives were lost during Trump as President? How many military fiascos happened under Trump? Did Trump ignored any advice concerning Afghanistan? Biden was supposed to be the one with “experience”, and not only ignored his military advisers, but lied that he didn’t. Every veteran I know who fought in Afghanistan or any war said the military is always the last to leave, never leave civilians behind. They are very livid with Biden.

I do not think we should be meddling in other nation's affairs...Taiwan and Mainland China both call themselves the true government of China so therefore this is nothing more than a Civil War and we should stay out of it.
