Trump loses another.

McCabe has all stuff put in his record by Trump removed as part of the deal.

Big win for those who are about to retire and get fired erroneously.

I was glad to see McCabe won. Stripping someone of his pension just for spite was one of Trump's nastiest moves.

Actually you are not fired erroneously, if you refuse to get a shot when required by your employer. It is not illegal to require that shot as a term of employment.

McCabe told the WSJ....lied under oath about telling the WSJ....realized there was a record of it....and only then back tracked and tried to correct it....he lied under oath first

doesn't matter that it was 2 days before he retired
