I agree . Though the terminology "cray cray" is a bit much especially since this is the second time in as many pages you have used it. What is that some new fangled street talk thing? Merely curious. Biological males competing in womens/girls athletics has become an issue for which it is long past time said issue dies a gratuitous and violent death. It's complete bilge.
Biological women in mens/boys sports has not been an issue. Hmmmm. Wonder why. I do remember back in the Pleistocene when I was in high school we played a youth reform center team in football that had allowed a girl to play. She made it two plays and went out on a stretcher. Our guy who put the hit on her felt about two inches tall. He wasn't hitting a girl at the time he was hitting an opposing player. They let her play and she got hurt. Which is what is happening with allowing males to compete in female sports. Especially of course full contact sports.
I less physical endeavors these shemales are taking scholarship opportunities away from girls. Guess that's one way for a sub par male athlete to get an athletic sholarship. If someone wants to slap on a "transgender" label fine. But that ends at the locker room door.
Maybe the answer to this problem is “sorry transsexuals, but competitive sports are not a reasonable accomodation”.
I’m growing increasingly resentful with the fact that people suffering from physical conditions such as transsexualism are given such broad accomodation to compete in sports anyway, regardless of the utter insanity of it.
I consider this a faction of the growing war between transsexuals and biological woman. Call me a TERF, I don’t care: I want men to stay out of women’s sports. Period.
I went to school with a trans girl that was a distance runner. She would have been amazing had they allowed her to compete against biological girls when I was in HS. She had to compete against guys though. She was still above average but not amazing.
We went to an invitational on the other side of the state, and she had to room with a guy.
According to her, she performed oral sex on him multiple times. He completely denied it, but she swore it was true. At my HS reunion, she told us that after the rumor got out, lots of guys started going to her for the same service. She said she started having guys ask her if she wanted a ride home or if she wanted to hang out and stuff. She said she always made the first move and not a single one of these guys ever had a problem with it but always asked her not to tell anyone.
Point is, a lot of people freak out about the possibility of a trans girl touching their daughters, but look what happened in this situation. I get that teenage guys can't get pregnant from receiving oral sex, but I bet a lot of their parents would not have been cool with it.
Is it the govts place to get involved though? Absolutely NOT.
Of course it is. They got involved from the get-go with Title IX. If the government isn’t involved and one standard applied across the board, then you would have a patchwork of school districts doing different things, when all are involved in UIL.
A completely appropriate decision (and spare me the red team/blue team BS... I don't care about that). What I do care about though is safety and fairness. At the age a male would have the operation, they would have roughly 40% more LBM than a female (and that doesn't change overnight). I don't know a single situation where that wouldn't be a distinct advantage playing any type of physical sport where strength is involved. Someone's going to get hurt here. Not to mention, any scholarships given out to girls would predominantly go to transgender athletes (certainly no fairness there). It would be hard for me to imagine a valid counter argument to this.

I’m a TERF when it comes to women’s spaces as well. Trans women are not women. They are trans women. Big difference when we are talking about competing against female athletes are being allowed in women’s prisons or domestic violence shelters or even locker rooms.
Most of these tranny’s are just over glorified cross dressers anyway.
They are not full blown actual legitimate transsexuals.
It’s like me putting on bunny ears and saying I’m a bunny rabbit.
Government run public schools paid for by taxes collected by the government.
