Chicago on a per-capita basis has much lowe rates than many American cities but this just illustrates the war-zone levels of violence in much of this nation's largest cities.

As I tell everyone here in Chicago it serves you right for voting for this. I know tons of people in the burns who used to come to the city all the time and now not one of them will come! Even the areas that were once great and safe are now dangerous. Good people and businses are leaving in huge numbers including from places like the Mag Mile and Gold Coast which have even had violence that is out of control.
And while all hell is breaking loose what does mayor beetlejuice do? A democrat BTW. She is tearing down statues of white people, changing street names named after white people. and making sure the gay section of the city has rainbow crosswalks. those are the things she cares about
Even when the riots were happening last year she was useless! And as kids were being killed in the streets and President Trump offered help she refused!!! Her insane hate for Trump was more important than innocent kids being killed by violence.
Even the police hate her guts. When a lady officer was killed and her partner in the hospital fighting for his life she went for a visit and all of the officers turned their backs on her. But hey people here were SO proud of themselves voting for the first black lesbian mayor. Now those voters are the ones leaving
And democrats I know still say she is the greatest mayor ever!!! That says it all
and NO BLM protests or marches since Trump has been gone, there are no protests. Interesting.
