Are you asking as an HIV positive person who got COVID twice? I think you need to talk to your doctor. This social media forum is not your best information. Good luck.
The irony of course is that, even assuming the "patrons" are required to get the shot before their, um "compensation", the vaccine is not spontaneous, and so they are exposing their workers to a higher probability of both acquiring the virus, and subsequently, spreading the virus (since we know empirically that the vaccine does not "prevent" the spread).
In theory, this should represent the worst of both worlds.
