My first reaction was that this has to be some fake news, the FDA wouldn't be this arrogant that they would try something like this. I did find another link with more detail and a link to the filed case documents.

If this turns out to be true...how much more do the people pushing the vaccine as something that is "safe and effective" need to see before they will believe that the entire process over the vaccines is one big farce.
