The Republican Party is refusing to protect the RIGHTS of people to circulate in public without being exposed to a deadly disease.

The Republican Party does not do anything about massive mergers in industries like airlines and telecom which hurt the middle class.

The Republican Party is hypocritical when it comes to life. Putting someone to death is killing just like an abortion.

I have not voted for Democrats in more years than I can count and I will not now, but I will probably just stay home. I am disgusted with the actions of both parties.

Your imagined “right” to not catch a pandemic is preposterous yet amusing.

Put on a mask and mind your own business what other people do. Your science says your mask will save you, so follow it and wear one at all times. Problem>solution.

I will repeat this advice as often as you need to hear it.

Good. Think for yourself. Being a "party man," or being tribal, is one of the dumbest things you can do.

The Republicans are a bunch of spineless weenies drinking from the same trough the Dems are. They give lip service to things that sound better to me than what the Dems are selling, but I don't know about those guys.

The baby in the womb has no decision on it's life. The murderer chose to take someone else's life. Big difference!

And just what makes you think that government (in any form, and at any level) exists to protect or benefit you?

If you want a helping hand, look on the end of your own arm.

100%. The loyalty to parties which all too often abandon their voters is baffling.

When the rights of two people or groups are in conflict, the government is required to intervene. That is a primary purpose of government. I cannot support a party that ignores the rights of people in public. It is the governments duty to act when one person or group impacts the safety of another.

As a conservative, I don't trust the GOP any more than the DNC, haven't in decades.

But at the ballot box, you have two choices, R or D. I will never vote D, at least in its current form.

It is not a helping issue, it is a RIGHTS issue. People have the RIGHT to circulate in public without being exposed to a deadly disease when there are ways to minimize that risk. That is why we have speed limits, stop sign, and traffic signals.
