Lets hope that the BLM/Pantifa thugs can actually act like civilized human beings and accept that justice has prevailed and that self defense doesn't end just because you're not a leftist criminal. But in the event that riots occur yet again-have the people of that city learned? Will they stand up, arm themselves, and protect their homes and businesses from random mobs of violent criminals? I'm hoping that they will accept responsibility for their own security and refuse to be victimized yet again.

Yep-seems sad that a 17 year old child had to do more to protect the city than the mayor, the police, the governor or the residents did. But, hopefully people have learned from this-that they don't have to be victims of a mob of violent criminals and that they have the right to defend themselves.
In my city, last summer the nutjobs hit Spokane, the next city to the west in a small-scale riot. Some looting, a bunch of smashed windows, vandalizing. The word was out that they were coming to my town the next night. That night-the streets were lined with several hundred of us, armed with everything from duck guns to the latest ARs and SCARs. The thugs turned around and left. Not one smashed window, not one fire, zero looting, no one hurt. THAT IS HOW YOU ANSWER THESE MOBS.
