Stupid poll, but you're losing 28-3.

Ever since the Fall of the Soviet Union/Iron Curtain, USA has not been the same.

We went from the Cold War to War on Terrorism. Focus began to focus more on ME instead of spread everywhere.

From 80s music and culture to 90s grunge/Dazed and Confused. From the coming of age movies and the Karate Kid, to school shootings, and Goth fashion.

It was all downhill starting in 1989. Well the early 90s not so bad.
When the wall came down.

No need to specify. Once the federal government is constrained the way the US Constitution does it, capitalism was inevitable.

Good and evil will always coexist in the world.

You can’t have one without the other.

Of course not. During the first 300 years after the Pilgrims landed, there were no Communist countries and the US survived.

If there are low-wage workers, a savvy business person will find a way to do business with them for benefits. But that doesn’t mean that the low wages are necessary.

I would not categorize China as being dirt poor. While they do have a large population, they also have a very real demographic problem on their hands with less women than man, and an aged population with not enough young people to replace them.
they were a military super power and it bankrupted them. As someone who has a close friend who grew up in the former Soviet Union and have talked with them often they very much remember empty store shelves, junk quality goods and the fact that if they did not farm and can goods on their Dacha farm they would be short food the rest of the year. Not exactly a success story. Just a militarily powerful one, which is completely different.

Wrong dates, wrong correlation, wrong conclusion. America reached its high water mark July 20th 1969 when Neil Armstrong stepped onto the moon and our wave has been rolling back ever since then. Our prestige post WWII was still high. We were regarded as a powerful democracy that did amazing things not just for ourselves but for mankind as a whole ... like going to the moon. Kennedy had recently faced down the Russians in Cuba. We were taken seriously as a force for enlightenment and freedom but Vietnam was starting to erode that. Both abroad and here at home. The leftist hippy revolution was the real beginning of the rot that has grown for nearly three generations to create the neo Marxist cultural revolution that you see today. The hippies lost in the short term but their leaders were in it for the long game. They retrenched back into academia where they burrowed in and began a patient campaign of growing the leftist influence in the universities to indoctrinate subsequent generations who would re-spawn the revolution that they lost. It worked. We've been mired in foreign wars ever since Vietnam, our foreign prestige has continued to diminish with only a tenuous status quo supported by fear rather than respect. European democracies have given way to socialism and we now find ourselves almost alone in the world.

No it's not the fall of the Soviet Union that began our decline it's the germination of their communism here at home that has done it to us.
