If the government doesn't offer people a choice of either protein-based or inactivated virus vaccines they only have themselves to blame for added vaccine resistance. From all accounts these protein based vaccines are superior.
So about three deaths per 10,000 due to COVID in those over 65 per week?

I will continue to take my chances and remain unvaccinated.

Well, okay, let's assume they do understand the statistics and are not blinded by their political ideology. They have certainly ignored the statistics for the sake of more booty in their their bank accounts. And unfortunately that is even worse than them not understanding statistics. It means they have zero ethics and infinite greed.

However... I can certainly proclaim that most parents of young children certainly do not understand statistics. If they did, there is no way they would ever have their children injected with anything that "saves" those children from something that was of virtually NO danger to those children in the first place. It's like having the kid's prostate removed in order to eliminate his chance of prostate cancer (or say breasts removed for female children). They have nearly ZERO statistical chance of getting prostate cancer at that age and nearly ZERO statistical chance of dying from covid--and very, very little chance of having any symptoms or negative consequence at all.

That's funny. Should do that here.
