Shoving case #’s in your face 24/7 is nothing but fear mongering, plain and simple.
but the media loves case numbers.....it's click bait

you're right, case numbers mean absolutely nothing....without knowing how many people were tested

Florida increased it's testing 3 times more....

more testing...more case numbers

So few are feeling sick? They are just testing positive?

All you posters who live there are and follow the covid spread locally are not being clear on what the situation is.

Can you confirm that covid cases have risen but it does not effect the locals’ in any real way because the sickness is so minor as to be virtually unnoticeable.
Can you also tell me what the near term predictions are given the lack of impact that covid is having currently.
It seems that is what you are saying from the last few pages of posts but I would love if someone who is so on top of this, like the OP, can give a straight answer.
Thank you

Here's the local data from 12-10 to 12-23. The county is about 150K

Total cases 180
(December 10 – 23)

You started a thread about Florida's low case numbers, now that they are high they mean nothing. I guess case numbers were meaningful when you started this thread back in November, now they're click bait. Funny stuff.

I guess only low case numbers in Fl have meaning and now it's the testing. LOL

Well it’s like living anywhere to you. Hmm we can live in the crime infested areas or behind a walled community with security and alarms . Crime (like a virus) will always be around. But some folks that want to live in those nice communities don’t want gates (like a vax) personal freedoms etc - so they let the criminals (virus) in. Why put walls up at all? Or vaccines, doctors, hospitals and so forth. The virus will remain on earth one way or another. Why mitigate at all?

I know you're severely reading impaired/challenged...but try again

...it would also help you to keep up with how many people are tested at a given time

the amount of tests Florida was giving...at the time cases went down.....was static

the amount of tests Florida was giving....when cases increased....was also increased 3 times

They are click bait when you look at the hospital data and see that most ICUs are in the 70s% when hospital like the ICUs to be at 82-85%.

Rising numbers mean nothing with the Omnicron variant. Did you follow the yearly influenza stats as closely in previous years - the answer is no because the news didn't focus on the flu and how severe it was on a daily basis.

But you're the one that started the thread touting Florida's low numbers a few weeks ago.
