The truth is, corrupting a local election by allowing foreigners to vote in a local election, which dilutes the vote of American citizens living in that community, most certainly affects American citizens living within that local community as well as citizens living in surrounding communities.

Justice Douglas, who was recognized as an advocate of progressive policies emphasized, when acts of corruption infect an electoral process in one state “ . . .they transcend mere local concern and extend a contaminating influence into the national domain” ___ Justice DOUGLAS in United States v. Classic (1941)

How many deaths and major crimes have been suffered by American citizens living outside sanctuary cities and suffered because of the policies adopted within sanctuary cities?

And now the corrupted NYC council wants to allow 800,000 foreigners to vote in NYC elections which would be a deciding factor in such elections?

Un-freaken believable!

Default Foreign, noncitizens, may dominate next election in New York City

Probably by design.
Heck, with 800,000 foreign nationals being allowed to vote in NYC, it seems there is a certain amount of truth to what you say.

Keep in mind in NYC's last election, Eric Adams won the Mayoral election with a total of 754,000 votes.

Now tell me that allowing foreign nationals to vote in local elections will not dilute the vote of American citizens.

Why are so many so eager to allow foreign nationals to vote in our elections?

Unhappy The fatal consequences paid by NYC citizen voters for electing a Democrat Leadership

.
There certainly are devastating consequences which the nitwitted voters in New York City will and are paying by repeatedly electing un-American socialist/communists to office, see e.g., Twenty top finance and tech firms in NYC are on the verge of leaving for Florida | Daily Mail Online

Also see: Eric Adams worried about wealthy New Yorkers fleeing city

And let us not forget how their princess, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, declared victory when she convinced Amazon to not build a second headquarters in NYC, and they lost 25,000 good paying jobs. But the nitwits in New York City continue to elect these socialist/communist types.

The bottom line is these nitwitted, irrational voters in NYC who constantly vote for a socialist/communist Democrat Party Leadership deserve everything that is coming their freaken way.

The Democrat Party Leadership, once an advocate for hard working American citizens and their families, is now their most formidable domestic enemy.

I’m still waiting for one of those who support the notion of allow foreigners to vote in NYC’s elections, to explain their reasoning for not also allowing foreigners to vote in State and our federal elections.

If foreigners are allowed to vote in local elections, why not State and federal elections?

Why are so many so eager to allow foreign nationals to vote in any of our elections who have not gone through our naturalization process and taken its Civics Test and its oath of allegiance, especially when our Supreme Court has pointed out the following?

“[T]he right of suffrage can be denied by a debasement or dilution of the weight of a citizen’s vote just as effectively as by wholly prohibiting the free exercise of the franchise.” Reynolds v. Sims, 377 U. S. 533, 555 (1964).”

Default GOP grows spine, files lawsuit challenging noncitizens voting in NYC

.

See: GOP sues New York City over letting immigrants vote in local elections

January 10th, 2022

"The RNC, along with a group of New York Republican lawmakers and naturalized American citizens, claimed in their lawsuit that the new law – which would make roughly 800,000 foreign-born New Yorkers eligible to vote in local elections – conflicts with the state constitution and state election laws.

They also contend the measure, which took effect Saturday, “will dilute the votes” of American citizens and “cause an abrupt and sizable change to the makeup of the electorate.”

In reference to new measure “will dilute the votes” of American citizens and “cause an abrupt and sizable change to the makeup of the electorate”, our Supreme Court has emphatically stated:

“[T]he right of suffrage can be denied by a debasement or dilution of the weight of a citizen’s vote just as effectively as by wholly prohibiting the free exercise of the franchise.” Reynolds v. Sims, 377 U. S. 533, 555 (1964).”

And the noteworthy Joseph Story observed: “If aliens might be admitted indiscriminately to enjoy all the rights of citizens at the will of a single state, the Union might itself be endangered by an influx of foreigners, hostile to its institutions, ignorant of its powers, and incapable of a due estimate of its privileges.”

BTW the lawsuit can be found HERE

Why do so many object to noncitizens earning the right to vote by passing our nation's naturalization process which includes passing its Civics Test and taking our Naturalization Oath of Allegiance?

Obama's buddies, Ayres and dohrn have been advocating for non citizens to vote for us president because the policies of the president impact people all over the world.

Obama was the key to open the lock and came with socialist instructions we see unfolding today.

MO said in a speech in PR that, 'we have to rewrite history'. very odd statement no journalist queried. Now we see what she meant, statues, words, books, revisionist history, george washington, thomas jefferson reviled onthe same level of robert e lee.

Hillary was the fly in the ointment. Socialism was to bloom under her admin. When trump won, the socialist found themselves in an existential situation. desperate, they did not hold back and rigged the 2020 election.Set aside anything Trump said about the election, the facts do not add up to biden in the oval office.

Biden lied about being a moderate, lied about unifying the nation, lie after lie shows biden's soul had been sold to the socialists who are now destroying America. It is 'in your face' aggression with no guardrails in place. A corrupt DOJ, dem insurrectionists not prosecuted, eliminate southern border, distribute drugs, covid to destabilize society, destroy our long sought energy independence, finance Putin, drug cartels, china and Iran. Put an end to the almost unattainable middle east peace Trump established.

So tell us why the American people embraced that agenda.

biden and harris were rejected by dem voters in must win dem primaries and somehow the runaway dem leaders vanished wheh john lewis endorsed biden. first time in US history the media and voters endorsed a clearly mentally diminished candidate. Perry, Dukakis, Dean were crushed when it appeared they had a mental slip up.

Trump recived more votes than any republican prez candidate ever and somehow a guy who didn't come out of his basement and when he did, he held orchestrated and scripted presentations full of mental blunders and lies. Biden drew no crowds, Trump had historic numbers attending all his appearances.

So ignore whatever Trump said, the facts do not add up to a legitimate election.

Same slippery-slope nonsense that would have had people marrying their toasters after same-sex marriage was legalized.

The statement made by the SC is applicable to all elections.

The un-American notion of allowing foreigners to vote in local elections which effects local public policy can have a devastating effect beyond that local jurisdiction and affect the lives of American citizens in surrounding communities and States.

Consider the consequences, including deaths, suffered by American citizens in surrounding jurisdictions related to local public polices in sanctuary cities where illegal entrants are allowed to roam free.

Allowing 800,000 foreign nationals to vote in NYC’s election is more than enough of a vote to determine the outcome of NYC’s next election and would, in fact, infringe upon the suffrage right of NYC citizens by diluting and canceling out their vote. This of course has been pointed out by our very own Supreme Court:

“[T]he right of suffrage can be denied by a debasement or dilution of the weight of a citizen’s vote just as effectively as by wholly prohibiting the free exercise of the franchise.” Reynolds v. Sims, 377 U. S. 533, 555 (1964).”

Keep in mind in NYC’s last election, Eric Adams won the Mayoral election with a total of 754,000 votes, which is less than the 800,000 foreigners being allowed to now vote in NYC.

Why do so many object to noncitizens having to earn the right to vote in our elections [federal, state and local] by passing our nation's naturalization process which includes passing its Civics Test and taking our Naturalization Oath of Allegiance?
