OP, do you really think that if that actually happened, the medical community wouldn't be on full alert?
I can't find a single mainstream mention of this, although I do see fact checking sites saying it's not true.
Where are the 86 mothers and grandmothers?

Why would it "not" be ignored? All sorts of vaccination injuries are being ignored. For example, when kids 12 and up were allowed to get the mRNA vaccinations, many suffered injuries from it. And what did the powers that be do about it? They doubled down and started offering the vaccine to kids 5 and up

Yet deemed safe and effective for women in pregnancy even though no one pregnant was included in ANY of the vaccine trials. But you can google "is the covid vax safe for pregnant women", and you'll get a list of articles urging these women to go get it. Including some paid nurses going on video saying this. Through all these decades we've had medications, alcohol/drugs, and stressful situations (like roller coasters) as not safe for pregnant women but somehow this one is perfectly safe.
They won't be able to hide these stillbirths. The devastated mothers will talk and stats don't lie.

Hundreds of years of evidence prove 1 glass of wine is safe.
No years of evidence to prove multiple COVID vaccinations are safe for babies in the womb.

They hid the Santa Susanna Field laboratory melt down for years.
Kids getting cancer is not as dramatic as 86 stillbirths in a short period of time. An accidental meeting of two moms at a hospital while their kids were being treated led to moms looking for the many more. The moms were from the same neighborhood.
