These Trump haters are so desperate. Only “5000 people showed up”. If the same number showed up for Bye-done it would be headline news. “Vast support for Joe Biden.” “Thousands attend rally”.

It's sort of an off time for a political rally. People are focused on holiday celebrations - tree decorating, holiday parties, Christmas parades, Nutcracker performances, etc.
The fact that 5,000 people showed up in spite of all of the other goings on is actually not bad at all.
Biden would have been doing well to have had that many show up to his rallies during the peak of his campaign. I think the dems are jelly.

That part cracked me up because you're right. My immediate and extended family has both DNC and GOP supporters. Their comments and short discussions usually mirror what you see from CNN, MSNBC and FOX.
I always channel surf to see what the news stations are covering, what they seem to be talking about the most. FOX talks about Biden, Harris, Pelosi, border security, Crime, Covid, elections, Russia.
MSNBC is Trump, Trump, Trump, seemingly all day long.
CNN definitely covers a few more topics but they discuss Trump more than any other subject. And in between everything else.
Maybe it's just the timing of when I happen to turn to those channels. I'll keep checking them.
