China takes Taiwan very soon according to CNN.
Both China and Taiwan will be sanctioned.

90% of chips are made either in China or Taiwan. So, all electronic stores will be empty in a moment.

There will be no new cars, no computers, no smartphones, no IKEA furniture...

Will it be possible to go to Tijuana and bring electronics from there?

I would the chip shortage over the last year or so has incentivized those who make or need them to make other arrangements even if just a plan.

We still have our current electronics, we can rough it for 'new' stuff until we figure it out.

Make sure your Prepper room is stocked with food and toilet paper ;p

Well any day Russia is going to invade Ukraine per CNN.
And then right after that Israel is going to bomb Iran...any day now.

Do you hear those "war drums" in the distance ???

Are we all being prepped for more wars ?
Sure looks like it.

The propaganda machine is hard at work.....

Any day now.....

The Chinese make chips for 25% of US prices.

Who wants to make other arrangements unless US taxpayers pay?

Thanks Brandon.

Taiwan also makes TONS of machining tools and supplies, good stuff. For that to suddenly stop would be insanely destructive to the US.

When I buy chips from Mouser, it adds the Trump tax to every chip, resistor, component made in China.

I guess Mouser.com won't sell any chips from CN and TW, but I'll still be able to buy them from Mouser.mx and ship to an address in Tijuana.

If that happened I would expect no change. The truth is China needs a thriving US economy in order for its economy to function. No one else buys stuff from China at our rate.
