I don't need to present a valid defense. My only point is it's not good for your health to subject yourself to the media if it's that's upsetting. I don't get news, just read the headlines. However, I did listen to politics more in 2020 and chose not to listen to it in 2021. I also scroll right past any headline with Trump's face attached to it. I don't know nor care what he says or does. My peace of mind is much better for it.
