They fled their restrictive states for unrestricted states for Christmas vacation.
Here in SC at the beach we're also very crowded for this time of year.

If you and your family had off for 2 weeks wouldn't you want to go somewhere that actually felt like you were on vacation ?

Yeah because nobody goes to Florida in the winter from the north normally.

The thing is they aren't all tourists. A number of them have moved to FL for good. Thinking that won't make for relief in the crowds and glutting of services and infrastructure at the end of snowbird season this year.

I live in one of the Florida tourist hot spots.....I've never seen it this crowded...ever...you literally can not drive anywhere
