This is not the religious forum, but what the heck, I'll try.
See, when you look at the broader picture, at the whole world so to speak, it becomes obvious, that certain nations are given a lot of advantages to prosper ( like the knowledge of math and science first of all,) while other are bound to live in the mud huts and to be an easy prey ( read to be colonized, to be taken advantage of, or simply to be put in chains.)
So obviously under THESE arrangements, it becomes clear that somehow, in God's eyes ( if such thing exists,) the "master" ( i.e. Europeans) are somehow better than people of the third world, since they have the upper hand.
But that's God.
But then there is Christ ( which is only PART of God,) which says that in my eyes what I really care is your soul. And that "in Christ" there is no difference between any nationality, you'll be judged on the basis of your personal merits, and not on the basis of the tribe (or nation) that you came from.
And that's ( I assume) what you refer to, while writing "For an enslaved man knowing that his master is a no better man than him in the eyes of god."
However, with that being said, the arrangements still remain in place, ( i.e. certain nations/ethnic groups) having an upper hand over the other ones, until the ultimate judgment day.
This is the established order of things, that's how it is ( why in God's eyes some are more trustworthy than other is a whole different question,) but this is considered to be a "testing period," until "the wheat can be separated from chaff" - i.e. until it will become clear to God who is truly worthy and who is not, and whether these original "unjust arrangement" in the world should be removed or not.
Now how much you want to ascribe to these beliefs is totally up to you, and it sure helps to some to make it through the hardships, while other rebel against such notion, and that's what Communists referred to as an "opium for the masses." ( Because obviously, even the "prosperous nations" have an internal strife/injustice within them too.)
However what the history showed us so far, is that all the attempts to achieve the "social justice" by the violent means to turn things around didn't bring any desirable results so far, and this is food for a thought, why in spite of a lot of social changes ( it seems) - certain things remain "same old, same old."
Hope this helps.
