Private corporations are permitted to "discriminate" in any way they choose. Just as you are free to choose another provider. Cable news outlets are all pretty useless as a source of information. It's all sensationalized infotainment designed to keep a particular base of viewers coming back again and again, and all the while these "news" outlets will reap the benefits.

yep, with some exceptions for protected class ( race, religion, sexual orientation etc ).


the article mentions that OAN originally sued forcing directTV to include them. i'm curious what the claim was then and what's changed now.
